Take the Gift Box Large outside and throw the Blossombs wherever you want flowers: in the garden, on the balcony, or on a piece of wasteland in and around urban areas (avoid nature reserves). Wait for the rain (or use a watering can) and after a few weeks, you, the bees, and the butterflies will enjoy the most beautiful organic flowers!

Made in the Netherlands with organic wildflower seeds and natural clay, nutrients, and color pigments.
Sowing time: April to October. If you throw them outside later in the season, they will simply sprout in the spring! (Provided they haven't been eaten by birds in the meantime!) Blossombs have a shelf life of at least 2 years.

How Blossombs work

It actually works quite straightforward: throw the Blossombs wherever you want flowers! Note: Blossombs should not be thrown in protected nature reserves.

Blossombs do not need to be buried, but if necessary lightly press them into the soil. Keep the Blossombs moist and after a few days the flowers will burst open.

Then it will take another +/- 8 weeks before you, the bees and butterflies can enjoy the natural flowers! In short: patience is required until nature does its work.

What seed mix is contained in the Blossombs?

There are 7 unique seed mixes in our Blossombs. Wondering what flowers grow from them? Click on a mix and find out for yourself!

1. Wildflower mix, available in 10 different colors of Blossombs

2. Garden and kitchen herbs, the Olive Blossomb

Some seeds come up right at the beginning of the season (Mar/Apr), others only at the end (Sep/Oct), therefore you actually have flowers all season with 1 Blossomb! Moreover, our mix consists of annuals, biennials and perennials. So some species will bloom right away the first year, others not until the second year. The perennials are expected to last several years.

How many Blossombs can you place in a pot?

Per round pot with a diameter of 20cm you can put 1 to 3 Blossombs. When using 3 Blossombs you will have a fuller growth in the pot. Caution! Flowers may compete with each other and will probably not all grow equally well. Do you have an elongated balcony pot? Then you can put about 3 to 6 Blossombs in 1 meter.

Are you throwing the Blossombs in the full ground? Then for optimal growth you can place about 4 Blossombs on 1m2, more is also possible for a fuller effect. If necessary, you can support the flowers later in the season with a plant support.

When is the best time to plant Blossombs?

Blossombs can be thrown out year-round. They will hatch in spring (provided they are not eaten by birds or insects). Flowering time: April to October.
